He leads the firm’s global Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) offering within the Operating Strategy & Transformation capability. Bobby’s career includes senior leadership roles across major financial institutions. He has held responsibilities spanning client onboarding, business risk and controls, business management, and administrative oversight. In addition, his experience ranges from front office leadership to enterprise wide operational roles.
At Davies, Bobby focuses on designing and delivering efficient, end to end onboarding journeys that span the full customer lifecycle, before and beyond account opening.
He emphasises that onboarding is one of the few processes that intersects with every line of defence and every function. As a result, his work seeks to reposition onboarding from a narrow operational activity into a strategic enabler of client satisfaction, regulatory confidence, and operational consistency.
