Challenge
Our client asked that we devise a plan to decommission their current processing engine and aid in design and development of a new processing platform.
Approach
Davies offered SME expertise to develop an integration layer which integrated their legacy system with this new platform. This integration layer provided real position updates, individual trade & securities lending counterparty details, etc. Davies guided the teams from strategy planning to execution.
Impact
Development and implementation of the new platform provided a 98% or higher STP rate for our client.
