2,000 open claim files
3 core data files
Audited in a user test environment whilst producing specimen bordereau and financial reconciliation reporting for approval
We took responsibility for approximately 2,000 open claim files by way of WIP transfer. The core reason for the transfer was a suspicion of leakage and continued SLA under performance from the incumbent. Our client required a rapid turnaround and migration via a detailed implementation plan.
An IT led data transfer scoping session driven by our business analysts resulted in a complete project landscape inclusive of all claims files, quantum recording, management information and all associated documentation. In this instance the incumbents data transfer capabilities were limited, as such it was agreed that transferring all salient claims material via an external drive, c/o cloud transfer was the most effective means of replicating the current file state and all associated management information.
The transfer consisted of three core data files. Once the three were fully imported, both businesses entered a one month test scenario work state, where we audited the file state in a user test environment whilst producing specimen bordereau and financial reconciliation reporting for approval.
We identified champions to act as mentors post training roll out, and delivered communications packs, including key points of contact for all key stakeholders.
