How we helped 

We worked with a leading UK wide haulier who needed to significantly reduce third party claims costs, repair and downtime as part of a joint risk management proposition. We were asked to reduce their third party exposure by 25%. To achieve the reduction in exposure, we delivered data capture and reporting services. We helped their fleet to identify their worst drivers in terms of “repeat offenders” and we increased the effectiveness of their third party capture. In addition we used technology to identify depots, contracts/routes and drivers with a higher per kilometre accident frequency for the mostly avoidable incidents, including collisions with immobile property.

Results

As a result of collaboration and open, honest feedback we reduced our client’s claims spend by circa 30% at a time when their fleet increased by circa 35%.
