Thomas Henderson

Thomas Henderson is a Partner within the Specialist Services capability at Davies. He plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering solutions that help clients navigate complex operational challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

Thomas has over 20 years of experience in financial services and regulated markets. He has held senior operational roles including Operational Director and Programme Manager. Before joining Davies, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Grovelands, which was later acquired by Davies in 2021. He has managed business operations and led large-scale recruitment and remediation programmes across financial services, insurance, energy, and housing sectors. This gives him a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the levers that drive performance.

Thomas oversees three integrated service areas within Specialist Services, combining Davies Search services, On-demand Resourcing, and Managed Services. This structure enables Davies to deliver flexible, scalable solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term objectives for clients across financial services and insurance.

Thomas prioritises clarity and organisation, ensuring every engagement begins with a clear understanding of the client’s objectives. He leads the development of proposals and RFPs, bringing together cross-functional teams to design practical, scalable solutions.

Thomas stays ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through monitoring FCA updates and engaging with clients on emerging issues across the industry.

Beyond his client work, Thomas mentors colleagues across the business, sharing insights on leadership and organisational effectiveness. He invests in developing talent and embedding collaborative, accountable ways of working that underpin sustained client performance.
