I am a KYC/CDD ACAMS certified compliance expert and have proven system implementation capabilities, delivering sustainable operating models for global banks. I have hands-on knowledge of client onboarding best practices, as well as pre-trade and post-trade processing, Fenergo and CDD certifications. As a partner at Davies, I have been involved in the following CLM strategic projects for different financial institutions:​ complete end-to-end re-design of ongoing due diligence policies and procedures; design of a global customer due diligence program for international banks; led RFPs with different KYC system providers; led remediation and managed services teams and provided services to global institutions; and developed a KYC academy programme.
