Silvia brings extensive experience across global markets, having started her career as an equity derivatives trader before moving into quantitative analysis and project leadership within corporate and investment banking. She has hands-on experience in pre-trade and post-trade processing. Additionally, she holds ACAMS and CDD certifications, reflecting her strong grounding in regulatory compliance.
Her expertise spans transformation strategy, change management, and lifecycle management. She has a strong focus on cost efficiency, time optimisation, and automation underpinned by regulatory compliance. Silvia is known for her ability to integrate multiple capabilities, combining transformation services, process automation, specialist resourcing, and technology solutions.
