Silvia Amorós is a Senior Partner, co-leading the Operating Strategy and Transformation capability at Davies. She works with clients in insurance, asset and wealth management, retail banking, and capital markets, helping organisations achieve sustainable growth. Since joining Davies in 2015, she has led complex operational programmes and client lifecycle management initiatives. She has built a reputation for driving change and delivering measurable outcomes.

Silvia brings extensive experience across global markets, having started her career as an equity derivatives trader before moving into quantitative analysis and project leadership within corporate and investment banking. She has hands-on experience in pre-trade and post-trade processing. Additionally, she holds ACAMS and CDD certifications, reflecting her strong grounding in regulatory compliance.

Her expertise spans transformation strategy, change management, and lifecycle management. She has a strong focus on cost efficiency, time optimisation, and automation underpinned by regulatory compliance. Silvia is known for her ability to integrate multiple capabilities, combining transformation services, process automation, specialist resourcing, and technology solutions. Thereby,  delivering end-to-end programmes that solve critical client challenges.

Silvia’s approach is collaborative and people-first. She prioritises building strong relationships with clients and teams, believing that trust and balance drive success. She is passionate about innovation and fascinated by the pace of change in areas such as AI and automation, which continue to reshape operations and client experience.
