I have almost 10 years of experience in data and interaction analytics working with clients across the globe and through varied industries including insurance, financial services, pharmaceutical, and utilities. I have a wealth of project delivery experience using CallMiner, Verint, NICE, and other CCaas software, ensuring high quality and consistent interaction analytics outputs across projects and clients. I enrich these outputs by using data manipulation and visualisation tools such as Excel, Python, and PowerBI. During my current role, I have helped deliver genuine return on investment across data reporting, quality assurance automation, and demand driver initiatives while cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.
