Sarah Poyner

I have worked in investment management for over 25 years, initially at Barclays Global Investors, latterly BlackRock, where I held a number of leadership roles within operations, all middle and back office functions. My consultancy work focuses on designing and creating operating models, including outsourcing, which bring scalable business efficiencies, all of which I have hands on experience of. I have a pragmatic, open and collaborative approach, believing that this builds strong foundations for any relationship. I trained as a Chartered Accountant and started my career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
