I have over 25 years of experience within the finance industry, starting as an external auditor within EY’s Capital Markets team, before moving into Banking where I have over 15 years of experience in control functions for Exotic Derivatives. This included Product Control at Morgan Stanley, Exotic Trade Review at Goldman Sachs and NatWest Markets, where I also headed up New Product Approval, Trade Taxonomy, and Benchmark Administration. I also worked in Internal Audit at Goldmans, and for the last 5 years, I have been working within Assurance focussed on Consent Order validation.
