As an experienced senior insurance executive, I bring a disruptive mindset to the traditional life insurance industry by transforming legacy sales and underwriting process, rules, and guidelines. The end result is a more friction-free sales experience that drives organic growth with the delivery of suitable products at the right time and price. During my previous role at iPipeline, I helped insurers evolve their legacy underwriting into more customer-focused solutions that enable point of sale accelerated decisions. While serving iPipeline’s clients, I was able to gain valuable experience into how to better leverage vendor capabilities that complement my prior proprietary solution buy side experience. Before iPipeline I was President of Kemper Life, where I transformed a 2,600-person agency force by deploying iPads with integrated quote, e-application, and point of sale underwriting capability that increased new life sales and generated the first organic growth in over 20 years.
