Louise Gruppetta

Having worked at Davies for a number of years, I have undertaken a number of key roles within the company and I am delighted to now be back in the Learning and Development practice. Within my role as project support consultant, I internally project manage client training programmes; ensuring both the client and Davies consultants are supported, deadlines are met and tasks are completed to guarantee great results in the training programme. I am also on the Employee Engagement committee, which supports a number of charities by holding company events to raise money and by matching donations.
