I have extensive specialism in operational efficiency, control and risk reviews, process automation and cost optimisation. I have managed small and medium sized operations teams, with management responsibility for processes that facilitated transactions in excess of $60 billion per day. I am a banking operations subject matter expert who also has experience in credit-line/cash management/liquidity review and optimisation. In my career I have run projects that have identified, tracked and executed direct $/FTE savings.
