Kerry Chalk is Director of Product Growth and Retention within Davies. She leads client engagement across the firm's technology solutions, helping organisations strengthen customer outcomes, address regulatory challenges and realise greater value from their technology investments.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning insurance, financial services and regulated markets, Kerry brings strong operational, commercial and client relationship expertise. Having progressed from insurance claims into leadership, business development and account management roles, she has developed a broad understanding of the challenges facing regulated organisations. Today, Kerry helps clients use technology to improve efficiency, address regulatory requirements and enhance customer outcomes.
Kerry believes the strongest outcomes are achieved when organisations build trusted partnerships rather than traditional supplier relationships. As a result, she focuses on creating open, transparent relationships that help clients make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth.
Alongside her professional role, Kerry is a qualified boxing coach. She leads the North west female regional boxing team and coaches within England Boxing's national programme. Her passion for developing talent and seeing people progress is reflected in both her coaching and leadership approach.
