His background spans senior roles in global consulting, digital transformation, and large scale systems engineering. He has led advisory and transformation initiatives across banking technology, digital product development, cloud migration, cyber resilience, and core banking modernisation. His experience also includes guiding CIOs and CTOs through strategic decisions, vendor selection, and major change programmes.
At Davies, Rob is focused on three key areas: compliance transformation, redesigning operating models (including integrating AI within highly regulated markets), and scaling complex remediation programmes through the smart deployment of technology.
