Prior to joining Davies, Joe worked as Client Relationship Manager at Grovelands. He managed major banking accounts across the UK and EMEA while developing new business opportunities. This experience gave him a strong foundation in client partnership and strategic delivery, which he continues to leverage at Davies.
Throughout his career, Joe has led end-to-end resourcing for major regulatory transformation programmes across banking and insurance. These responsibilities include scoping, strategy design, workforce planning, onboarding, and ongoing delivery management. He has also stood up rapid-response operations at scale, deploying specialist teams under tight timelines so that clients can meet critical deadlines. To date, he has placed more than 200 interim professionals into time-critical roles, including PMs, BAs, SMEs, and technical consultants. His expertise spans regulatory transformation and remediation resourcing, insurance surge support, interim recruitment strategy, and specialist talent sourcing. All of this is underpinned by strong client partnership and stakeholder management skills.
