Our approach
Davies mobilised a team of 25 specialist claims administrators within five days, delivering full onboarding, process training, and migration-specific quality standards. Working closely with internal IT, data governance, and claims leadership, the team classified issues, prioritised high-risk records, and established a structured workflow for consistent remediation throughout the data migration process.
Over several weeks, the team meticulously reviewed policy data, claimant details, financial transactions, correspondence, system notes, litigation indicators, and reserve history to ensure all migrated records complied with regulatory, financial, and operational requirements. Davies also introduced a bespoke QA sampling process, significantly reducing error rates and boosting confidence in the data migration outcome.
Our impact
The rapid response minimised operational disruption, ensured a clean data transition, and enabled the system implementation to proceed on schedule. The client subsequently adopted Davies’ validation framework as part of its long-term data governance model.
