My specialism is in Speech Analytics technologies and methodologies. I am a PRINCE II project manager and supported by my team of experienced analysts, regularly deliver multiple projects in parallel. I enjoy working with new clients, understanding their business challenges, and using my twelve years of experience, knowledge, and background in data analysis and organisational psychology to help them discover and deploy effective solutions.
