With more than 11 years of experience, Chantelle brings insight from front-office banking and consulting roles. Her expertise covers customer experience, investment management, front-office technology, operating-model design and proposition development. She also supports growth, regulatory change, digital improvement and platform implementation programmes.
Clients include wealth managers, private banks, asset managers, financial planning firms, pension schemes and technology providers. Chantelle helps these organisations navigate mergers, integration, market expansion and complex technology change.
