Halfords commissioned us to conduct a detailed analysis of their learning needs and provide advice, guidance and ideas for improvement to help drive and influence their learning strategy. Our experienced learning team spent time in Halford’s operation working closely with their learning department. We conducted a full learning needs analysis and identified opportunities to create a more structured learner pathway for new recruits joining the customer support centre.
Once we had completed our analysis we produced a detailed document with outcomes, findings, suggestions, priorities and recommendations that would deliver the best operational results.
