As a new member of our team you will be supported through a local induction and development plan. Whatever your role or position in the business, we have qualification and training programmes that are relevant to you. We support a wide range of industry qualifications and have relationships with a variety of professional institutes that enhance your professional status and contribute to business growth.
Our partnership with Staffordshire University gives us access to academic research, lectures from senior academics. We also regularly engage with students who are looking for work experience, internships and graduate opportunities. This partnership also gives our people the opportunity to be expert speakers and we regularly deliver talks to students on career skills or topics such as law, business and finance.
For managers we have a fantastic leadership and management development programme, supporting aspiring managers, new managers and experienced managers. Our three tier management qualification programme supports our managers as they move from being Team Leaders through to joining our Senior Leadership Team. There are also blended learning programmes to support a variety of learning preferences.
