I have over 15 years experience of change management in financial services, particularly managing large scale, global change programs of $50m+ budget.  My expertise covers setting up and coordinating complex, large programs and creation of a strong Program Management Office. I have significant experience across a wide range of areas including: governance, planning, reporting on progress and costs, budgeting and monitoring. I have worked across multiple workstreams, functions and locations. With experience of change programs spanning client migrations, financial regulation, IT delivery, e-trading, and KYC, my focus is on stakeholder engagement, strong cost control and de-risking delivery.
