He leads the Managed Services offering, delivering complex operational programmes for clients across financial services and regulated markets, ensuring projects meet compliance requirements and achieve measurable outcomes.
Stuart brings decades of experience in financial services and regulatory environments, having managed projects across pensions, mortgages, insurance products, and utilities. His work spans remediation, complaint handling, and large-scale operational management, combining resource solutions with technology-driven efficiencies. Before joining Davies, he held senior operational roles, including Operations Manager, where he oversaw large-scale remediation and customer service programmes.
At Davies, his current focus includes leading managed service propositions for banks, building societies, insurers, and Ombudsman services. This has a particular emphasis on motor finance remediation projects. Stuart manages entire teams and service lines on behalf of clients. He oversees everything from short term, time sensitive assignments such as regulatory reviews and backlog clearance through to long term, fully outsourced delivery models.
Stuart designs flexible, client‑specific solutions that combine skilled resource with automation and AI‑driven processes, improving efficiency without compromising quality. He prioritises trust with clients and teams, planning projects thoroughly and delivering them seamlessly. He stays ahead of regulatory changes through FCA bulletins, industry forums, and roundtables, bringing insights back to clients.
