I work closely with clients to tackle real challenges and build future-ready businesses, while staying true to their core purpose. I’ve spent my career leading complex change across financial institutions in the UK and Europe, including new market entry, new products and asset classes, building ETF and Private Asset capabilities from the ground up, replacing legacy tech, and driving outsourcing and offshoring transformations. I’m especially energised by the potential of frontier technologies to reinvent how we serve clients and grow the sector. What drives me is making transformation feel possible - turning ambitious ideas into practical, lasting outcomes that people believe in.
