Sophie Barrack

I joined Davies following a successful career in talent acquisition for global organisations spanning 14 years. My role is to develop a strategy centred on hiring best practice, allowing Davies to attract and hire the right talent, at the right time. I head up the recruitment team for our Banking and Markets EMEA practice, where I lead our recruiter’s located in London and Madrid. I am continually seeking ways to improve the stakeholder experience, working with hiring managers to educate them on interview techniques and using our internal systems, to attract talent and to headhunt strategically.  My approach is friendly and collaborative, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
