With a background and passion for change management, he works with clients to effectively manage the delivery and adoption of process, system, and people change - with a focus on CX. In recent years Ross has supported the development of the Davies Change Management Framework. During his current role, he has worked with many FTSE 100 clients across a variety of sectors from media to retail to energy to healthcare and, of course, insurance.
