I am an experienced business project lead with over 9 years of delivering business improvement in management consulting following 15 years in a retail HQ operations management role. With a background and passion for change management, I work with clients to effectively manage the delivery and adoption of process, system, and people change - with a focus on CX. In recent years I have supported the development of the Davies Change Management Framework. During my current role, I have worked with many FTSE 100 clients across a variety of sectors from media to retail to energy to healthcare and, of course, insurance.
