Prior to my current role, I spent three years working on achieving a degree in Computer Games Technology, focusing on the more writing-based side of development as a Designer, graduating in 2022 with Honours. Within my role, I have worked as a Customer Insight Analyst as part of the Analytics team. My role has been a core part of the team delivering data, reporting, and insight solutions as part of client consulting deliverables. The core of this client work has included building speech analytics content using CallMiner to derive insights into CX and delivering operational efficiencies as well as building data reporting and visualisation dashboards using PowerBI.
