His expertise spans all areas of business operations and technology, including claims, underwriting, distribution, regulatory compliance, risk management, forensic accounting, customer experience, human capital, digital transformation, and change management. By combining deep industry knowledge with a consultative approach, Michael ensures clients have access to the talent they need to meet evolving market demands.
In addition to executive search, Michael oversees high-volume staffing projects for claims departments, delivering pre-screened, qualified adjusters and support staff to manage surge demands and seasonal spikes. Prior to joining Davies, Michael spent 22 years as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RPartners, a leading provider of Executive Search and Consulting resources in the Greater Chicago area. At RPartners, he focused on technology-related roles, building a reputation for delivering tailored talent solutions and cultivating long-term client relationships. This entrepreneurial experience gave Michael a deep understanding of the challenges organisations face when sourcing specialist talent in competitive markets.
