I have over 25 years of experience in financial services, initially within asset management before moving to a large global service provider. My career has been focused on operations and change, where I have created and managed large global teams and delivered large complex change programs. My experience covers asset management operations, and I was responsible for several outsourcing programs, having sat on both sides of the transaction. I also had responsibility for a global derivative operations team, and a custody operations team covering the EMEA and APAC regions.
