I am an experienced consultant and lead of Davies's Asset Management Technology Group with over 25 years of financial services and technology consulting expertise. ​I provide consultancy and practical advice for asset managers on operations, operating model design, enterprise architectures and IT and data strategy. My recent experience includes the development and delivery of outsourced operating model design and implementation for two large UK asset managers; production of a multi-year IT strategy for a global asset manager, as well as projects covering date management strategy and solutions.
