She has held roles ranging from technologist and project manager to Client Partner and leader of large global teams. Her experience spans complex, multi region delivery programmes and senior positions in Insurtech and enterprise technology. She has managed strategic accounts and advanced initiatives in digital innovation, business operations, and transformation.
She has supported cloud, core system, and modernisation programmes across P&C and Life & Health. Her clients include insurers, brokers, and MGAs seeking growth and operational improvement. As a licensed major lines producer in New Jersey, she brings first-hand understanding of regulatory and distribution dynamics to every engagement.
Her recent wins include developing AI roadmaps and delivering operational process optimisation. She has led analytics driven initiatives and advisory services for core system selection. She also supports engagements involving claims operating model design, TPA rationalisation, and international market entry strategies.
