Her expertise spans digital strategy, core systems transformation, and the delivery of large‑scale change programmes. She has led major initiatives that integrate technology, operations, and commercial priorities to build more resilient and future‑ready organisations.
Her career includes senior leadership roles in both industry and technology environments. She has served as Chief Information Officer, where she directed enterprise technology strategy, integration efforts, and operational modernisation. She has also held the role of Chief Operating Officer for a low‑code policy administration provider, driving accelerated speed‑to‑market and partner‑led delivery models for carriers and MGAs. In addition, Debbie spent time as a Senior Advisor within professional services, supporting core technology, cloud, and transformation programmes across both P&C and Life & Health markets.
