David Ovington

I’ve worked in financial services for over 20 years, mostly in learning roles in global retail and investment banks and insurance providers.  I have extensive experience in designing and delivering onboarding programmes, financial and regulatory product awareness, behavioural, leadership and sales training. My successes have been in the creation and delivery of educational and employee engagement programmes, empowering teams and individuals with deeper technical knowledge and capability. With a degree in Performing Arts, I thrive in front of an audience, and aim to bring energy and enthusiasm to all my undertakings, simplifying complex ideas and making learning accessible and enjoyable.
