I have more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience, with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Focus areas include Business Process, Requirements Analysis, Enterprise Architecture and Agile Methodologies. I am a strong program and project management professional with a CIC designation with a focus in Commercial Insurance from National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Having led multiple implementations for insurance carriers, working with various vendor technologies such as Duck Creek Technologies and CSC mid-range and enterprise software suites, having a successful track record in onsite, cloud, and SaaS deployments. I have led Waterfall- and Agile-based implementation projects, with a track record of successfully completing projects on time and on budget. I hold numerous designations and am a Certified Insurance Counselor for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
