I am a Strategic Talent Advisor and a Fellow of the CIPD. My career in people development spans more than two decades and to date, I have created and facilitated learning for thousands of people across the globe utilising both in-person, virtual, and digital solutions. I am pragmatic and solution focused and support my clients to build an effective and inclusive Talent strategy to meet their present and future needs.  For UK clients, I assist with accessing funded development opportunities through the apprenticeship levy and skills bootcamps.  I am enthusiastic about everyone reaching their potential at work and regularly speak, write and champion early careers and inclusion.
