In a consultant capacity I have worked across industries in many organizations – in India and Asia. I have designed and facilitated over 1000 programs and coached over 100 people in senior leadership. I also managed the L&D function for Bosch India for three years. I am certified in instruments like MBTI, TA and trained in NLP.
