I am a senior consultant with over five years of experience in the role. Specialising in customer experience, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of customers across many industries. With a background in Telecommunications and Retail alongside a naturally inquisitive nature; I am able to utilise consulting skills to develop deep understanding and insight to identify improvement opportunities. I have delivered a multitude of projects including (but not limited to) operational review and target operating model design, consumer behaviour and benchmarking research, change management and CX sourcing.
