With over 25 years in the insurance and financial services sector, I bring extensive expertise from roles in renowned organisations like Lloyds Bank Insurance, Allianz, and JPMorgan. For two decades, I've specialised in work-based Learning and Development (L&D) and talent management, traversing operational roles globally, including with Harvard Medical School in the USA and in the UK Public Sector for a Local Authority. As a Consulting Director in the Professional Education Practice, I leverage this rich background to deliver creative, tailored solutions for clients' talent attraction and retention goals, utilising Government-funded provisions and industry qualifications. As an apprenticeship advocate, I actively shape the industry's future knowledge and skills through the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education route panel, while also contributing as a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute and Member of the LPI Membership Advisory Board.
