I am an experienced Data Leader with extensive experience in spearheading and implementing data strategies, data governance functions, data infrastructure, and large-scale data-driven business transformation programs. I also have a strong track record of success in strategy development, strategic planning and implementation, organisational transformation, data/analytics leadership, revenue/cost driver management and product development and management. Prior to joining Davies, I was the Chief Data Officer for the Asset Servicing business at BNYMellon, where I led the transformation of the data management environment. I have also worked in and led other transformational programmes at Bank of America, West LB Asset Management, JP Morgan Investment Management and HSBC.
