I have more than ten years of experience as a desktop support engineer with great knowledge of computers, both hardware and software related issues. I joined Davies in January 2022 with the primary responsibility of managing onboarding and offboarding tasks as well as technical issues in India. I am skilful at maintaining effective relations with users by providing them with technical assistance and being available at their convenient time. I look forward to new challenges and opportunities within the firm.
