How We Helped

We worked with a leading UK wide haulier, who needed to significantly reduce third party claims costs, repair and downtime as part of a joint risk management proposition. Upon award of services we were tasked with reducing their third party exposure by upwards of 25%.

 We used our data capture and reporting services to:

  • Help their fleet to identify their worst drivers in terms of “repeat offenders”.
  • Increase the effectiveness of their Third Party Capture.
  • Use technology to identify depots, contracts routes and drivers with a higher per kilometre accident frequency for the mostly avoidable incidents, including collisions with immobile property.

The Results

 As a result of collaboration and honest, open feedback, we were able to exceed our target of 25% and achieved a 30% reduction in claims spends.
