Davies wins Customer Care Award

Davies Group in partnership with Sompo Canopius and Park Homes Assist has won the prestigious Customer Care Initiative of the Year award at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2017.  The event was held on the 18 May at the Bankside Hilton Hotel and was attended by leading claims figures from around the insurance industry.

The awards judging panel, which included senior claims figures from leading insurers, brokers and key industry bodies chose the tripartite entry, which had transformed the performance of large book of park home claims.
