Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology business serving insurance and highly regulated markets, today announced the appointment of Georgia Brown to Network Manager as it continues to expand its range of end-to-end motor claims solutions to nationwide supply chain challenges.

Georgia Brown joins Davies from the AA where, as Supplier Performance Manager, she was responsible for the performance of the approved repairer network and in charge of managing the end-to-end engineering supply chain for motor claims.

As Network Manager of Motor Claims at Davies, Georgia will work closely with operational teams across Davies’ Repair Network to support the continued growth of the firm’s motor division. Amid rising external challenges such as rising cost of repairs and raw materials as well as a shortage of skilled labour, Davies has committed to investing heavily in technology & people development to tackle these issues head on. This includes supporting its people to develop strong relationships with suppliers across all points in the supply chain enabling potential problems to be identified before they arise during the claim life cycle, to enhance customer experience.

Her experience in developing excellent relationships with suppliers as well as delivering fast responses to emerging risks means I have no doubt that she will play a vital role in managing and growing our repair network to support the business’ continued growth.”

Over the past five years, in response to market challenges, increasing regulation and growing consumer demand for advanced customer service solutions, Davies has increased investment in technology & service enhancements significantly in its motor claims division and repair network. Following this, the firm has continued to grow its motor client base and has maintained its market-leading position within the sector.

In February 2023, following a sustained period of organic and M&A growth across the business as a whole, Davies announced a new simplified organisational structure, that aligned its global operations across three business units: Global Solutions, UK & Ireland, and Davies U.S.
