Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology business, serving insurance and highly regulated markets, today announced that it has recruited Martin Langhorst as Major Loss Director, as it strengthens its UK major & complex loss division.

Martin joins Davies from AA Insurance where he previously worked as Head of Property Claims for the last three years. His experience in the insurance industry spans 20 years, part of which included his first stint at Davies as Head of Operations for Davies Repair Network.

As Major Loss Director, Martin will be responsible for the most complex of claims including high net worth, subsidence and escape of oil claims in the UK. He will lead Davies’ experienced team of complex property loss adjusters, ensuring the firm’s high service standards are maintained for all clients. Martin will be based in the UK and will report into Graeme Bell, Head of Major & Complex Loss, Davies UK & Ireland.
