Davies focuses on an end-to-end offering to help the broker community tackle increased regulatory complexities at BIBA 2022

27th April 2022

LONDON, UK – 27 April 2022 – Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology business, serving insurance and highly regulated markets, today announced that its focus for the British Insurance Brokers Association (“BIBA”) conference 2022 will be on the firm’s personalised, end-to-end broker offering.

Many brokers are increasingly looking to work with fewer partners to maximise the value of their investment in strategic partnerships. Alongside this appetite, the broking community is juggling rapidly growing demand from insurers for digital, multiplatform customer service solutions that can meet consumers’ rising expectations for simplicity, convenience and flexibility, as well as the challenges that changing regulations bring.

Davies’ end-to-end broker offering incorporates the firm’s well-known claims and legal solutions, its MGA/Broker Launch and Host platform, customer experience, resourcing and learning solutions, as well as data & speech analytics that help the insurance community tackle the rapid transformation in customer expectations and regulatory obligations.

The wider Davies team is looking forward to exhibit at the Manchester conference on 11-12 May and is exhibiting at stand B38 where delegates will enjoy a drink whilst catching up with Davies’ friendly team on some of the biggest challenges and opportunities for the industry in the year ahead.

Globally, Davies’ 5,500+ colleagues operate across Bermuda, Canada, India, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, and US. The business delivers professional services and technology solutions across the risk and insurance value chain, including excellence in claims, underwriting, distribution, regulation, customer experience, human capital, digital transformation & change management.

Dene Rowe, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Davies commented: “After two years without a BIBA conference in person, our insurance community is an excellent theme for this year’s event. I’m very much looking forward to meeting up with new connections, friends and colleagues to share ideas, and build on new and existing relationships.

“Insurers and brokers need service providers to invest heavily in technology and innovation to stay at the leading edge of service delivery and customer experience. The long-term strategic partnership model is one of the best ways for our insurance community to reap the benefits of technological investment.”
