Following a comprehensive market review, our legal solutions team Keoghs has been reappointed to the core legal panels for both Allianz and LV= GI in the UK.
Having worked with LV= GI for more than 15 years and with Allianz for seven, this reappointment is a fantastic endorsement of the strategic partnership that has been developed between our businesses and the value our insurer partners place on technological innovation to drive performance, collaboration and customer outcomes.
With the addition of motor and property recoveries support for Allianz, Keoghs will be working with both Allianz and LV= GI to provide solutions across most classes and values of claims.
Commenting on the outcome of the review, Allison Carr, CEO at Keoghs, said:
“We are delighted to have been appointed to the newly combined Allianz and LV= panel and are tremendously excited to continue our support of both prestigious brands. Allianz & LV= have an excellent reputation in the insurance market for delivering outstanding care to their customers, and having provided legal services to both for a number of years, we look forward to continuing to build on our strong partnership for the future. As the insurance market adapts and changes, we take pride in the fact that Allianz and LV= have trusted Keoghs to be a strategic partner to help them deliver on their business priorities.”
Graham Gibson, Chief Claims Officer at Allianz Insurance, commented:
“We are really pleased to be continuing our strategic partnership with Keoghs on our legal panel for claims. Keoghs has played a crucial role in delivering our customer journey from their first-rate legal advice to their cutting edge technological innovations. Having reviewed our claims panel in collaboration with LV= to align our service provision and enable a more end-to-end experience, Keoghs is ideally placed to support this joined up strategy and deliver maximum benefit for our customers.”
Martin Milliner, GI Claims Director at LV= General Insurance also commented:
“Following a full market review, we are delighted to agree a new deal with Keoghs, continuing our strong, long-term partnership founded upon shared values. Keoghs track record with LV= extends beyond technical excellence and they stand out for their development of innovative technologies that deliver real value for our claims performance. We are excited about our future partnership with Keoghs as we continue to collaborate to support our customers with a first-class service.”
