Long-term care focused full-service insurance management solutions TriPlus Services is expanding its service offerings by joining global professional services and technology firm Davies. The September 2020 acquisition affords TriPlus the opportunity to increase its resources while continuing to provide the high-quality service clients have grown to expect. 

TriPlus, headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts, is a leader in providing comprehensive administration support and targeted services in policyholder administration, claim management/payment, and actuarial services including end-to-end rate increase support. The TriPlus services complement those of Disability Management Services (DMS), which is also joining Davies. DMS specializes in individual and group disability product management. 

The breadth and depth of our experience consulting for insurers, regulators, and diverse entities allows us to understand the insurance industry from multiple perspectives. By joining forces with Davies, TriPlus is expanding its insurance services footprint and adopting innovative solutions for a global market.
