What will be covered?
Real-time analytics for agent guidance, compliance and risk monitoring has been gaining traction amongst the more enlightened CX focused organisations for the last few years, however, only a small number have deployed the solution within their sales, service and claims operation.
The slow take up is partly due to technical constraints to present audio to analytics systems in real-time, as well as business concerns on the change required within operations to adapt to the new ways of working.
Our consulting and technology team will be hosting a roundtable event on 16 November 2022 to share some of the use cases and benefits associated with real-time analytics, discuss potential solutions and will give you a demo of how this works.
