The 190 strong team deliver claims management and command centre solutions for insurers, house builders and housing associations. House Builders
We help protect the brand and reputation of over 120 house builders in the UK ranging from less than 100 to 15,000 completions per year. So no matter the number of homes you build each year, we can provide the right service to assist with your two year home emergency obligation.
Housing Associations
We currently support 17 UK housing associations and over 250,000 properties taking their OOH emergency calls from tenants and deploying emergency jobs into the NPA network or the housing associations Direct Labour Operatives.
We can tailor the service to your needs, even when they change suddenly. We can switch from OOH emergency calls, to supporting with day time cover when needed.
