Guided by ongoing engagement with our colleagues, we remain committed to backing charities and organisations that focus on education, youth, and skills development.
We deliver our impact through four key areas: grants, match-funding, long-term partnerships, and volunteering.
Each year, Davies invites employees to share what matters most to them. Together, we identify a strategic area of impact – empowering our people to guide where our funding should make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
Through match funding, our employees can amplify their fundraising efforts – boosting the impact and choosing the causes that matter most to them in their communities. They raise funds, and The Davies Foundation contributes to their commitment.
With the support of our employees, we carefully select partnerships with organisations that create meaningful impact in our communities – enabling us to drive lasting, positive change where we operate.
Employee volunteering is all about using our employees' individual skills and talents to support causes, projects, and not-for-profit organisations that make a real difference. Each year our employees are given up to two days' volunteering time.
