Samantha Ramen | Market Affairs Director
Samantha is responsible for leading our market affairs and thought leadership programme. This includes keeping informed with and influencing any policy development that may affect the insurance industry.
Natalie Larnder | Head of Market Affairs
Natalie has strategically influenced policy in the insurance industry, both at Keoghs and in her prior role as Senior Policy Adviser at the Association of British Insurers.
Howard Dean | Head of Costs
Howard leads a niche team handling high-value costs claims, providing strategic advice and conducting strategic litigation. Howard has also been heavily involved in civil justice reform.
Ken Young | Head of Complex and CAT PI
Ken leads the national complex team and handles complex and high value claims. Ken is working with insurers and the ABI regarding the Personal Injury Discount Rate review.
Matthew Rogers | Partner
Matthew has over 25 years’ experience of handling high value and complex insurance related disputes, as well as
large loss property damage claims dealing with liability and policy indemnity disputes.
Carolyn Blunt | Vice President – Academy
Carolyn helps navigate the sourcing and development of diverse apprentices and graduates into the insurance industry. Carolyn is keen to help firms navigate funding and outreach programmes.
Neil Strickland | Business Development Director
Neil has over 30 years’ experience across underwriting, client relationships, business development, customer experience, industry practices, operations, and risk consulting. Recently, Neil co-founded an InsurTech.
Scott Dalziel | Principal Consultant
Scott specialises in continuous improvement methodology and works with employers to meet their strategic skills and recruitment objectives whilst amplifying Apprenticeships and vocational pathways.
Nikki Ceko | Strategic Client Director
Nikki leads the growth and development of key clients, supporting firms with services from across Davies. Nikki has technical knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape.
